Apply for the Santander Award for students and doctoral candidates at SWPS University 2025!
The Pro Akademika Foundation has opened the application period for the Santander Award competition for students or doctoral candidates at SWPS University. There are 20 awards to be won, each worth 4,500 PLN!
Who can apply for the Santander Award?
This program is for you if:
- You are a student or doctoral candidate at SWPS University - you have student or doctoral candidate status on the day of application.,
- You have achievements that fall into one of the mentioned categories.
How to apply for the Santander Award?
You can submit your application for the first phase of the competition by October 13, 2025 (inclusive) via the Santander Open Academy platform >>.
Remember these dates:
- By October 13, 2025, 11:59:59 PM - send your application on Santander Open Academy.
- By October 15, 2025, 11:59:59 PM - we will inform you if you are advancing to the second recruitment stage.
- By October 30, 2025, 11:59:59 PM - complete the application form and attach the required documents.
- By November 28, 2025, 11:59:59 PM - we will inform you if you are among the winners.
- By December 4, 2025, 11:59:59 PM - confirm acceptance of the award on the Santander Open Academy platform and submit the completed statement required for the award payout.

I’m not sure if my achievements are sufficient to receive the Santander Award. Should I still apply?
Yes. We recommend submitting an application even if you have doubts about your achievements.
I am a first-year bachelor’s degree student. Am I eligible to apply?
Yes. All students and doctoral candidates of SWPS University are eligible to participate in the competition.
In what format do I need to submit the documents confirming my achievements?
The attached documents in the form of scans and/or photos must be submitted as a single file in .pdf or .jpg format, not exceeding 10 MB in size.
What time period should the achievements I submit cover?
The achievements submitted for the competition must not be dated earlier than January 1, 2024.
What is the deadline for submitting the application in the first stage?
You must submit your application on the Santander Open Academy platform until October 13, 2025, 11:59:59 PM.
What documents can be used as proof of achievements?
Documents confirming your achievements can include, among others, recommendations, certificates, attestations, diplomas, as well as translations of attestations issued in languages other than Polish or English.
How many categories can I apply for in the competition?
You can apply in only one category.
